Photira was founded on a simple idea: light therapy that actually meets a regulatory bar, not just a trend cycle.
Our LED Light Therapy Mask (model KKS-225) is an FDA-cleared (510(k) K254007) over-the-counter device, indicated for use on wrinkles and mild to moderate acne. The clearance is held by the manufacturer, SZ KKS Silicone & Electronic Co., Ltd., and Photira sells the cleared model under its own brand with the manufacturer's private-label authorization. That clearance means the FDA reviewed the device and found it substantially equivalent to devices already legally marketed in the U.S. — a standard most "wellness LED masks" on the market never go through.
We built Photira for people who want a skincare routine that's backed by something more than marketing claims: real wavelengths in three selectable modes (Red, Blue, or Red + near-infrared, one mode at a time), a real regulatory pathway, and a cordless design built for regular use — not a one-time gimmick.
What we believe:
