Photira stands behind the quality of every device we ship. Here's how warranty coverage and damage/defect claims work.

1-Year Warranty

Every Photira LED Light Therapy Mask is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. If your device stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@photiraskin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Upon verification, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. In cases where a replacement isn't available or isn't the right fit, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Tip: we recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open your package — this makes any damage claim faster and easier to verify.

Warranty Claims (Within 1 Year)

  • Email support@photiraskin.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description of the problem
  • Our team will review your claim and may ask for additional information to verify the manufacturing defect
  • Once verified, we'll send a replacement unit or arrange a repair, typically within 5–10 business days

What's Not Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Change of mind after use (Photira does not offer no-reason refunds on used devices; see below)

No-Reason Returns

Because Photira is a personal-use skincare device, we're unable to accept no-reason returns or refunds on devices that have been used. If your device is unopened and in its original, unused condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before they ship. Contact support@photiraskin.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
